“Luau Party”, attendees can expect a story reading, drum and dancing demonstration, campfire on the beach, information on Hawaii and traditional Luau and/or themed activities.
Raleigh County Parks and Recreation, Lake Stephens are announcing the “Campfire Stories” series , themed readings from various children’s literature along with informational talks and activities for attendees.
The series features themed events taking place on the beach of Lake Stephens, after normal beach hours, beginning at 8:30pm on certain dates. The events are free and available to the general public. Campfire Stories are scheduled for around 2 hours; featuring a provided enclosed campfire to heighten the ambiance of our stories.
