Lake Stephens (Seasonal and Part Time)
Beach Attendant:
Beach attendants are responsible for checking/scanning bands at the beach entrance gate, picking up trash on the beach, fitting patrons for the correct lifejacket and assisting lifeguards. CPR Certification preferred. They are to perform all tasks and duties assigned effectively and efficiently.
Beach/Lifeguard Supervisor:
This supervisor position is responsible for taking on a leadership role consisting but not limited to scheduling beach attendants and lifeguards throughout the season and for private parties, covering shifts when needed, making sure lifeguards and beach attendants are rotating properly and ensuring that lifeguards and attendants are fulfilling their roles properly and working private parties. They are to ensure that supplies are stocked for their staff. They are to perform all tasks and duties assigned effectively and efficiently.
Office Assistant
Office assistants are responsible for helping collect till each morning from each location, counting and filling out deposit sheets, depositing money to the bank and ensuring that each location has the proper amount of cash and change in their registers daily. They will take phone calls, make reservations, assist with scheduling, and file paperwork. They are to perform all tasks and duties assigned effectively and efficiently. Applicants who have experience with customer service and experience using word and excel are preferred.
Marina Staff
Marina staff is responsible for making boat reservations, signing patrons in and out of boat slips, taking payments, selling inventory, answering phone calls, charging launch fees, and assisting patrons with kayak rentals. Marina staff are required to do rounds each shift and multiple rounds when it rains. Marina staff assist patrons and make sure the marina stays tidy inside and free of trash outside. They are to perform all tasks and duties assigned effectively and efficiently.
Marina Supervisor
This supervisor position is responsible for taking on a leadership role consisting of but not limited to scheduling marina staff and marina runner staff, covering shifts, ensuring daily shift tasks are being completed and that staff is fulfilling their roles properly. They are to ensure that any paperwork gets to the main office and that all marina supplies are stocked and in order. They are to perform all tasks and duties assigned effectively and efficiently.
Marina Runner
The marina runner is responsible for launch tickets, helping with rounds during shifts, assisting patrons when the main marina staff is occupied, and helping to keep the marina area tidy and free of trash. They are to assist the marina staff with daily tasks. They are to perform all tasks and duties assigned effectively and efficiently.
Camp Store Staff
Camp Store staff is responsible for making campground reservations, checking patrons in and out of sites, taking payments, answering phone calls, managing the campground visitors list, and selling inventory. Camp Store staff is required to do rounds each shift. Camp Store staff assist patrons and make sure the Camp Store stays tidy inside and free of trash outside. They are to perform all tasks and duties assigned effectively and efficiently.
Event Staff
Event staff is responsible for working park events, making sure events run smoothly and helping to make sure the park stays clear of trash and debris and assisting patrons. They are to perform all tasks and duties assigned effectively and efficiently.
Lifeguards
Lifeguards must be certified (if you are not certified and want to get certified, we have options for you). Lifeguards are responsible for the safeguard of our patrons on and around the Beach and Aqua Park, assisting patrons, working private parties, rotating with other lifeguard staff and enforcing Aqua Park rules and regulations. They are to perform all tasks and duties assigned effectively and efficiently.
Splash Pad Attendant
Splash Pad attendants are responsible for keeping the splash pad clean, watching over patrons and making sure park rules and regulations are being followed for the splash pad, checking/scanning entrance bands, assisting younger patrons when they need help, rotating positions, and working private parties. CPR Certification preferred. They are to perform all tasks and duties assigned effectively and efficiently.
Ticket Booth Staff
Ticket booth staff is responsible for taking payments for the Beach, Aqua Park, and Splash Pad. Ticket booth staff hand out/print out water park bands, sell merchandise, assist patrons and help inform water park staff of weather delays/max capacities/etc. These staff members are to be the
first friendly face patrons see when they enter the park. Ticket booth staff need to be knowledgeable of park prices and policies. They are to perform all tasks and duties assigned effectively and efficiently.
Maintenance – Seasonal
Maintenance crew members are required to be skilled with commonly used equipment such as hand and power tools, perform basic and preventative repairs, read blueprints, must have a valid driver’s license, and are to respond to after hours calls as needed. Maintenance member’s tasks will include but are not limited to installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment. Maintenance members may be required to mow, weedeat, and landscape when needed. They
are to perform all tasks and duties assigned effectively and efficiently. Job experience preferred.
Grounds Crew
Grounds crew staff is responsible for mowing, weed eating, and landscaping throughout the parks. They are responsible for picking up trash around the parks and ensuring the park looks its best for our patrons. Grounds crew staff will be required to assist maintenance members when needed. They are to perform all tasks and duties assigned effectively and efficiently.
Housekeepers
Housekeepers are responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of our cabins, rental buildings, offices and restrooms. Rentals are to be cleaned and disinfected thoroughly and fully stocked before and after each rental, assisting janitorial staff when needed and ensuring that the supplies room is fully stocked. They are to perform all tasks and duties assigned effectively and efficiently.
Janitors

Fitzpatrick Park (Seasonal and Part Time)
Janitors
Janitors are responsible for cleaning park restrooms, making sure all restrooms are fully stocked on all supplies, restocking the cleaning supplies room, assisting housekeeping when needed, picking up trash around the park, cleaning park offices, rental buildings, and park facilities. They are to perform all tasks and duties assigned effectively and efficiently.

Concession stand employees will staff the concession stand during league events and other park events. Employees will be taking and filling food orders, taking and processing payments. They are to perform all tasks and duties assigned effectively and efficiently.
Permanent Positions
Maintenance Manager – Permanent
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the parks, resources, facilities, and equipment such as but not limited to: oversee day to day operations of the department and maintenance crews, respond and repair to issues through the parks, track expenses, manage department budget, report progress on projects, execute work as needed. Applicants should have basic knowledge of vehicle and equipment mechanics, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and landscaping. Additional certifications, such as CDL, electrical, or other maintenance certifications are not required but highly encouraged. This position is a full time – permanent position.

Fitzpatrick Park Manager – Permanent (Subject to Furlough)
The Fitzpatrick Manager will manage Fitzpatrick Park and Fitzpatrick Park Softball League and events. The manager is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the park, resources, facilities, and equipment such as but not limited to: oversee day to day operations of the department and maintenance crews, respond and repair to issues through the park, track expenses, manage department budget, report progress on projects, execute work as needed and manage the softball leagues. General maintenance, landscaping, and organized sports
experience required. This position has the potential to be a full time – permanent position that is subject to furlough.
Event and Program Coordinator – Permanent (subject to Furlough)
The event coordinator is responsible for taking on a leadership role consisting of but not limited to planning, organizing, making sure events run smoothly, finding volunteers and staffing events at the parks throughout the season. They are to perform all tasks and duties assigned effectively and efficiently. This position has the potential to be a full time – permanent position that is subject to furlough.
