Event Space Rentals

Picnic Shelters at Lake Stephens are perfect for family reunions, parties, picnics and more. All shelters are fully covered and include a charcoal grill. These shelters are also conveniently located close to restrooms, playgrounds, a concession stand, and the Lake Stephens Aqua Park and Splash Pad Park.

The Lake Stephens Overlook can be rented out hourly and adds the perfect view to any event.

Our Dry Hill-Prosperity Park also offers indoor and outdoor rental accommodations. This rental includes all chairs, tables, a kitchen. The park also offers a playground, picnic shelter, basketball court, and more! Whether you need the rental for the entire day or just a few hours, this rental has you covered.

Our 4-H Camp can be rented out in part or as a whole. This park has a lot to offer such as shelters with fire pits, cottages, the main building as a whole or specific room rentals and much more. The 4-H Park is perfect for any group large or small and is perfect for any event.

Fitzpatrick Park also has a lot to offer when it comes to event space rentals. We offer three softball fields available to rent hourly or for the whole day. Fitzpatrick Park also includes small picnic shelters, a playground, and a lake perfect for fishing.

Marsh Fork Memorial Park offers several shelters available for rent. All shelters are fully covered and are perfect for family reunions, parties, picnics and more. Marsh Fork also offers a basketball court, playground and a river observation area.

Our Stoco Community Park offers a full football field, picnic shelters and a playground making this location ideal for any rental.
