Raleigh County Parks and Recreation Authority consists of 6 parks ranging in size from 2300 acres to 10 acres. Hosting many activities and fun for all ages. Starting in 1959 Raleigh County started servicing the residences recreationally with the creation of Lake Stephens. Now, almost 60 years later and several more parks we continue to serve the Raleigh County residence with outdoor recreation at its best. We have lakes, playgrounds, picnic areas, campgrounds, ball fields and much more.
